Position: Sr Engineer – Mechanical (Maintenance)- Cement Plant

Experience: 12 - 15 Years 

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Skill:

Preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown maintenance

Maintenance of air compressors (200 kW and above), air dryers and auxiliary systems

Operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, MGF, carbon filters, pumping stations and cooling towers

Industrial RO plants with a capacity of 40 m³/hour or above

Mechanical workshop management, fabrication, machining and tool room maintenance

SAP PM module, maintenance planning and equipment history management

Maintenance spares planning, budgeting and equipment reliability improvement

Responsibility:

Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities.

Ensure smooth operation and reliability of utility and workshop equipment.

Operate and maintain industrial RO plants, water treatment systems, cooling towers and pumping stations.

Supervise workshop activities, including fabrication, machining of spare parts and tool room operations.

Maintain plant maintenance tools, tackles and precision measuring instruments.

Execute planned maintenance through SAP PM and ensure timely closure of inspection observations.

Plan and monitor maintenance spares, consumables, material requirements and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to maximize equipment availability and operational reliability.

Maintain equipment history, maintenance records and technical documentation in SAP.

Report equipment performance, maintenance activities and critical issues to the Section Head.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory and housekeeping requirements.
