Position: Blasting Incharge – Metal Mining (Cement Plant)
 

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Blasting Operations – Metal Mining)
 

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mining Engineering + First Class Mines Manager Certificate (Metal)

Responsibility: Develop and implement blasting plans as per safety standards; supervise blasting activities at plant sites; coordinate with engineering & production teams; conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance; manage inventory and procurement of explosives; train team on safe handling; monitor blasting performance; prepare operational and safety reports; drive continuous improvement
