Electrical Maintenance Section Head – Cement Plant, Experience: Min 10 Years

 

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cement industry maintenance only

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

 

Key Skill: Strong experience in electrical maintenance of cement plant equipment, troubleshooting of electrical systems, leadership and team management, knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning systems, good command of English

 

Responsibility: Lead and manage electrical maintenance activities, ensure reliability of electrical systems and equipment, supervise electrical maintenance teams, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, support shutdown activities, ensure safe and efficient plant operation
