Mechanical Maintenance Section Head – Cement Plant, Experience: Min 10 Years

 

Experience: Min 10 Years of experience in cement industry maintenance only

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

 

Key Skill: Strong hands-on experience with cement plant equipment, troubleshooting & problem solving, leadership and team management, CMMS and maintenance planning systems knowledge, good command of English

 

Responsibility: Lead and manage mechanical maintenance activities, ensure high equipment availability and reliability, supervise maintenance teams, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate shutdowns and maintenance of critical equipment, ensure safe plant operation
