CCR– Kiln – Cement Plant

Department: Production / Operations
 

Reporting To: Shift Incharge / Production Head

 

Role Purpose

Operate and control Kiln operations from CCR to ensure stable production, optimal quality, and minimum energy consumption.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Operate Kiln, Preheater & Calciner from CCR ensuring process stability

 

Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to avoid stoppages

 

Maintain clinker quality, heat consumption & production targets

 

Coordinate with field operators during normal and abnormal conditions

 

Handle start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations safely

 

Record process data and prepare shift reports

 

Follow safety, SOPs, and statutory guidelines strictly

 

Key Skills

 

Kiln & Pyro process knowledge

 

CCR operation & DCS systems

 

Process troubleshooting & optimization

 

Basic quality and energy control concepts

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Cement Technology)

 

Relevant experience in Cement Plant CCR Kiln operations
