Key Responsibilities:
 

Lead and manage all mining operations ensuring optimum limestone production.
 

Plan, develop, and execute short-term & long-term mine plans in line with plant requirements.
 

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations under DGMS, IBM, MoEF & other authorities.
 

Oversee drilling, blasting, excavation, and material handling operations.
 

Optimize mining costs, productivity, and equipment utilization.
 

Manage mine safety, environmental norms, and sustainable mining practices.
 

Coordinate with plant, geology, and mechanical teams for uninterrupted raw material supply.
 

Handle statutory inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities.
 

Lead, mentor, and develop the mining team.

 

Candidate Profile:
 

Proven leadership experience in limestone mining for cement plants.
 

Strong knowledge of mine planning software and statutory compliances.
 

Excellent people management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
 

Valid Mine Manager Certificate preferred.

 

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mining Engineering.
