Experience: 3–10 Years (Mine Planning & Mining Operations)

 

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering
 

Preferred: First-Class or Second-Class Mine Manager Certificate

Responsibility:

 

Prepare and optimize annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly mine production plans.
 

Develop pit designs, haul road layouts, dump plans, and production schedules.
 

Monitor production against approved plans and identify improvement opportunities.
 

 

Design and optimize drilling & blasting patterns.
 

Support resource modeling, reserve estimation, and reconciliation.
 

Analyze mining costs and support budgeting & forecasting.
 

Ensure compliance with mining, safety, and environmental regulations.
 

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and planning documentation.
