Responsibility:

 

Plan production as per the Business Plan (BP).
 

Operate and monitor cement mills to produce different grades of cement as per market requirements.
 

Optimize mill process to sustain output and reduce specific power consumption.
 

Maintain cement quality as per BIS and API standards.
 

Follow QMS, EMS, EnMS and OHSMS systems and procedures.
 

Ensure environmentally friendly operations and maintain a dust-free workplace.
 

Ensure strict adherence to all process SOPs.
 

Maintain high standards of safety, health, 5S, CFT and environmental practices.

 

Qualification:

 

B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
