Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Instrumentation)- Cement Plant

 

Experience: 6–9 Years

Key Skill: PLC/DCS Operation, Instrument Calibration, Field Instrument Maintenance, Process Automation, Fault Diagnosis, Loop Checking, Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, Packing Plant Instrumentation

 

Responsibility:

 

Maintenance & troubleshooting of field instruments in Cement Mill and Packing Plant
 

Calibration of transmitters, sensors, weigh feeders, and analyzers
 

PLC/DCS operation, fault diagnosis, and loop checking
 

Preventive & breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
 

Coordination with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation
 

Knowledge of packing machines, belt weighers, and process automation systems
 

Ensuring safety compliance and maintaining documentation

 

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation / Electronics
