Position: Process & QC Head – Cement Grinding Unit- Cement Plant

 

Experience: 5–8 Years

 

CTC: ₹10–12 LPA

Responsibility:

 

Optimize Ball Mill operations to maximize throughput and minimize specific energy consumption.
 

Monitor and calibrate weigh feeders as per target mix design.
 

Optimize separator speed and mill ventilation to achieve desired fineness and product quality.
 

Coordinate with CCR operators for stable plant operations using DCS/PLC systems.
 

Conduct routine chemical and moisture testing of Clinker, Gypsum, Fly Ash, and Slag.
 

Perform hourly quality checks including Blaine, residue, and setting time analysis.
 

Ensure PPC & Composite Cement comply with quality standards for strength, consistency, soundness, and setting time.
 

Oversee calibration and maintenance of XRF, Blaine apparatus, compression testing machines, and other laboratory equipment.

 

Others:

 

Experience in Cement Grinding Process & Quality Control preferred.
 

Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, QC laboratory practices, and process optimization.
 

Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC operations and analytical laboratory equipment.
