Manage fabrication work for cement plant projects, achieve monthly production targets, manpower planning, workshop production control, structural & equipment fabrication (hopper, chutes, plate rolling), labour handling,

 

Excel-based production data management.

 

Responsibilities:
 

Manage fabrication work of the IEI Division at Ajmer location for cement plant.
 

Achieve and sustain a monthly production target.
 

Plan, arrange, and deploy manpower effectively to meet project and production requirements.
 

Handle workshop production for managing the project requirement as per the timelines of Client/Project.
 

Candidate must be strong in Fabrication Skills for Structures and Equipment’s Like Hopper, Chutes, with Rolling of plates Capabilities.
 

Should have strong command to handle labour to get the production output.
 

Able to meet and manage the data over the Excel with good literacy of computer skills.

 

Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical) or relevant field
