Positions are for integrated plant and Grinding Unit both.

 

Key Skills:

 

Expertise in cement plant process operations including clinkerization, grinding, and quality optimization. 

 

Strong understanding of kiln, cooler, and mill operations with proven ability to enhance production efficiency and reduce power and heat consumption. 

 

Experience in handling integrated and grinding unit plants with leadership in process optimization and team coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Oversee the complete process operations of both integrated plant and grinding unit. Ensure optimum productivity, energy efficiency, and quality consistency across all process parameters.

 

Plan and implement process improvements and cost optimization strategies.

 

Coordinate with various departments for achieving production targets and maintaining process stability.

 

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

 

Qualification:

 

B.Sc / M. Sc / B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical / Cement Technology or equivalent field
