Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of plant materials, spare parts, equipment, and services.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material availability.

Coordinate with Plant, Maintenance, Stores, Accounts, and other departments to fulfil procurement requirements.

Monitor purchase costs, inventory requirements, and delivery timelines.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure proper procurement documentation.

Support uninterrupted plant operations through timely and efficient purchasing activities.
