Experience: 5–8 Years
 

Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Cement Preferred)
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Kiln & Preheater operation from CCR
 

Monitoring process parameters for stable kiln running
 

Fuel mix optimization & quality control coordination
 

Handling emergency situations & shutdown/startup procedures
 

Knowledge of cement manufacturing process
