Mechanical Inspector– Cement Plant
 

Experience: 5–10 Years
 

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical
 

Key Skill:
 

Records maintenance skill to include database development.
 

In depth equipment knowledge.
 

Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, process and procedures.
 

Knowledge of Electrical CBM, Inspection and Basic Planning.
 

Excellent MS Office package capabilities.

 

Responsibility:
 

Preparing and fulfilling the general inspection check list (during running) including oil and lubricant analysis and do inspection based on visual inspection and overview of the site equipment's.
 

Applying the mechanical first level inspection during equipment's running and stoppages.
 

Performing essential inspection (sight, hearing, touching, and smelling).
 

Preparing and registering the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it.
 

Applying the mechanical Specific inspection during equipment running or stoppages, and performing quantitative inspection with measuring tools.
 

Coordinate with Electrical & Instrumentation team | Maintenance planning & documentation
