Responsibility:
 

• Manage day-to-day operations of plant stores and warehouses
 

• Ensure availability of mechanical, electrical & instrumentation spares, consumables and packing materials
 

• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-out and overstocking
 

• Implement inventory control techniques (FIFO, FEFO, ABC, VED Analysis)
 

• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and obsolete stock
 

• Handle cement plant specific materials (kiln/crusher/VRM/ball mill spares, refractories, lubricants, HDPE bags, jumbo bags, coal, petcoke, gypsum etc.)
 

• Oversee GRN preparation, material inspection and inward process
 

• Ensure proper documentation of receipt, issue and return of materials
 

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP / SAP
 

• Coordinate with quality, purchase and user departments for smooth plant operations

 

Qualification: Any Graduate
