Responsibility: Strictly maintain finished product quality targets (Blaine, Residue, SO3, CaO) during shift operation; Conduct complete physical analysis of cement samples (Blaine, Residue, NC, ST, CS, AC, LC, DS); Perform full chemical analysis (LOI, IR, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO, SO3, Na2O, K2O, Chloride); Proper sampling, testing & reporting of HDPP bags daily; Support IMS team for audits, BIS records & certification; Sampling & testing of incoming coal as per IS standards; PR creation & follow-up with purchase/vendor; Compliance of SAP QM module; Ensure AMC of lab equipment; Ensure availability & calibration of XRF, CBA, Bomb Calorimeter, Grinding & Pelletizing Machines, Oven, Furnace etc.
 

Qualification: M. Sc / MS (Science)
