Job Description

 

Condition monitoring study: Timely co-ordination and conduct condition monitoring studies for the plant critical equipment’s and to recommend necessary corrective actions to increase overall plant MTBF from baseline

 

Vibration Analysis and static and dynamic balancing of Equipment’s 

 

Conduct WDA analysis of all identified critical gear boxes

 

Effective implementation of all IMS and other systems

 

Conducting UT/MPT test and analysis and monitoring the use of SAP-PM module

 

Job Specification:

 

Vibration data analyzer/MID engineer

 

Effective utilization of SAP PM Module.

 

MS Office 

 

Problem solving

 

Vibration data analysis

 

Should be able to perform NDT Testing (UT, MPT, DPT Thermography, WDA) etc.

 

Static & Dynamic Balancing of Impellers

 

Timely measuring and collection of vibration data for critical equipment’s along with process operating parameters Data interpretation, analysis and recommendation.

 

Conduct static and dynamic balancing of rotors like impellers, crushers, flywheel, pulleys, cooling towers as part of the equipment to optimize the vibration level for smooth functioning of equipment100% compliance.

 

Conduct WDA analysis of all identified critical gear boxes, prepared equipment list of sump and force lubrication system of plant with sump capacity and oil grade.

 

100% schedule compliance.

 

Qualification: 

 

B.E. / B. Tech /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
