Job Description:

 

Who will assist the manager in control, management & direction of the mine or part thereof in all shifts.

 

In-depth knowledge of relevant government authorities, procedures and processes (DGMS, IBM, PESO, DMG, MOEF, PCB etc.) in order to ensure record keeping and documentation in line with procedures

 

Able to coordinate with internal departments & external experts to support with any documentation

 

Shows thorough knowledge of geology science to plan day to day drilling, reserve estimation and exploration in line with mining plans & support Geo-Hydrological studies

 

Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the mines methods, planning process, organization objectives and strategy to develop mining plans and the operational plans in line with mining plans.

 

Demonstrates adequate knowledge of internal systems like ISO, EHS, OHSAS, QMS etc, internal department manuals and SOPs in order to ensure compliant working.

 

Any other related job or project as assigned by Management.

 

Qualification:

 

Degree in Mining Engineering
 

Second Class Manager Certificate of Competency under MMR, 1961
