Job Responsibilities: 
 

Assist in supervising plant operations carried out by the AF contractor, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
 

Follow up with plant staff to optimize the manufacturing process in coordination with alternative fuel usage, maximizing consumption.
 

Supervise day-to-day AF operations, including preparing and submitting daily
 

performance reports for AF operation lines (daily equipment performance, breakdowns, root cause analysis, etc.).
 

Monitor and supervise the daily receipt of waste from different suppliers, including
 

storage, sorting, shredding, and mixing of various streams until the final alternative fuel form is achieved for the kiln.
 

Improve AF material operations by maximizing daily consumption and assisting in enhancing quality per department objectives.
 

Conduct site visits to suppliers as needed to ensure compliance with AF material quality standards.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cement industry production.
 

Proven experience in alternative fuel usage.

 

Education
 

A bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Chemical Engineering or Science) from a recognized university.
