Job Description:

 

Total Preventive Maintenance planning, erection and commissioning activities, Effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.

 

Budget preparation for all machinery and Plant Equipment and monitoring of maintenance cost in connection with budget by performing effective maintenance

 

Lead involvement in identification, proposal preparation, and elimination of bottlenecks in system by doing modifications/up gradations.

 

To ensure safety precautions while carrying out the maintenance of machinery as per statutory requirement of the plant and machinery.

 

Responsible for implementation of all Safety standards related to Mine Maintenance.

 

Responsible for manpower management and resources as per planning.

 

To ensure safety precautions while carrying out the maintenance of machinery as per statutory requirement of the plant and machinery.
 

Implementation of daily checklist & abnormalities identification and rectification.
 

Resource planning for Shutdown and routine activities.
 

Compliance of safety standard in section as well as department
 

Breakdown analysis and implementation of recommendations.
 

Spares parts / Job Planning for effective execution of shutdown.
