Job Description:

 

Maintain minimum inventory and timely delivery for engineering spares, common consumables, break downs.
 

Handle all types of bulk raw materials, packing materials, engineering materials, lab chemicals receipts and issues.
 

Handle total Longistics, Internal transfers, local sales & Trading sales
 

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
 

Handle complete customs clearances for imports & exports.
 

Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
 

Prepare and maintain all MIS reports related purchase, Warehouse & excise.
 

Procurement planning and rising our purchase orders as per requirement.
 

Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
 

Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
 

Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
 

Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
 

Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
 

Training new employees in warehouse safety, SAP MM.

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

Degree/Diploma in Material management.
 

Minimum 15 - 20 years of store department experience in Cement plant.
 

Aged between 35 to 50 years.
 

Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
 

Familiarity with sourcing and local vendor management
 

Working experience of vendor management software
 

Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
 

Solid judgement along with decision making skills
 

Strong leadership capabilities
 

Supervisory and management experience.
 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 

Strong planning and organizational skills.
 

Ability to work independently.

 

Education
 

B.Com / PG Diploma, M.Com in Any Specialization
