Key Responsibilities:
 

Operate and monitor production process through Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the putty plant.
 

Conduct operations of Crushers, Ball Mills and Batching Plant with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
 

Perform process calculations to maintain optimal production parameters.
 

Ensure effective housekeeping of plant and machinery.
 

Handle manpower efficiently, delegating tasks as needed to attendants & helpers.
 

Willingness to work in shifts to ensure round-the-clock operations.

 

Requirements:
 

Minimum qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Cement Technology
 

-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Wall Putty / Cement Plant.
