Manage and execute O&M contracts for cement plants and grinding units

 

Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency and quality

 

Lead production teams and coordinate with maintenance and project departments

 

Monitor plant performance, safety, and operational KPIs

 

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity

 

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Production Engineering

 

Role: Project Manager– O&M (Production) Contracts (Cement Plants / Grinding Units)

 

Experience: Minimum 15 years (in Cement Plant – Production background)
