Position: Deputy Manager – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 8 – 13 Years (Minimum 9+ years in integrated cement plant as Assistant Manager or similar)

 

Qualification: B.Sc – Bachelor of Science in Chemistry

 

Key Skill: XRF, Quality Control, XRD, BIS Standards, Chemical Analysis, ISO Systems, Process Quality Control, Integrated Cement Plant Experience

 

Responsibility: Oversee quality control of raw materials, clinker, and finished cement; ensure compliance with BIS standards (IS 269, IS 8112, IS 12269) and ISO systems; conduct chemical and physical lab testing; supervise sampling, testing, and reporting; analyze results and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA);

coordinate with production and maintenance teams; maintain and calibrate lab instruments (XRF, XRD, Blaine); prepare quality reports; handle customer complaints with root cause analysis; train junior staff; ensure safety and environmental compliance
