Key Responsibilities:
 

Lead and manage the Automobile Department, overseeing maintenance of company vehicles and heavy machinery.
 

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
 

Supervise a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
 

Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
 

Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and cost-efficiency metrics.
 

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

 

Experience:
 

7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in automobile maintenance, fleet management, and workshop supervision.

 

Qualification:
 

B.E. / B. Tech in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
