Safety Manager – Cement Plant, Experience: 12 - 18 Years

 

Experience: 12+ Years (10–15 Years preferred in Cement / Steel / Power / Oil & Gas Industry)

 

CTC: Negotiable / As per Industry Standards

 

Key Skill: Regulatory Compliance (Factories Act, BOCW Act, Explosives Act), DISH & SPCB Liaisoning, PTW System, LOTO Implementation, HIRA & JSA, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Audits, BBS Implementation, RCA (5-Why / Fishbone), Emergency Response Planning, Knowledge of IS Standards, EHS Software & MIS Reporting, ESG & Sustainability Metrics

 

Responsibility: Ensure 100% statutory compliance and government liaisoning; Maintain statutory registers & returns; Manage safety in Kiln, Coal Mill, Pre-Heater & Grinding Units; Monitor PTW for Confined Space, Hot Work & Height Work; Implement & audit LOTO during shutdowns; Lead HIRA & JSA activities; Conduct internal & coordinate external ISO audits; Drive Behavior-Based Safety culture; Lead incident investigations & RCA; Conduct safety induction & contractor training; Organize emergency mock drills (Fire, Gas Leak, Chemical Spill).

Qualification: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering OR Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering; Mandatory PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (SBIT) from CLI / RLI as per statutory norms.
