Key Responsibilities:

 

Ensure the safety of staff and resources during operational activities, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

 

Implement best practices for mine operation management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Develop, maintain and improve area and work standards and procedures.

 

Lead and coach subordinates in this process.

 

Deploy resources effectively to optimize production output and maintain operational efficiency.

 

Strict compliance of acts, rules, regulations, and bye-laws applicable to Coal Mines.

 

Proper Indent, Return of Explosives and its accessories to magazine, Accounting of Explosives.

 

Qualifications and Experience:-

 

BE/ BTech in mining.

 

Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying with Overman Certificate of Competency (Coal).
