Position: CCR Operator – Cement Plant
 

Experience: 4–6 Years (Cement Industry Mandatory)
 

CTC: As per company norms
 

Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Chemical Engineering
 

Key Skill: Strong knowledge of kiln, raw mill & cement mill operations, process control through CCR, understanding of cement manufacturing process, troubleshooting, production optimization, DCS operation
 

Responsibility: Monitor and control plant operations from CCR, ensure stable kiln & mill operation, maintain production targets & quality parameters, coordinate with field & maintenance teams, analyze process parameters and implement corrective actions
