Position: Senior Engineer (E&I Planner) – Cement Plant

 

Experience: 5 – 6 Years

 

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical

 

Key Skill: E&I Maintenance Planning, SAP, Shutdown Planning, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Technical Documentation, Resource Allocation

 

Responsibility:
 

• Plan and prioritize E&I maintenance jobs with proper methodology and coordination
 

• Ensure availability of E&I materials and spares
 

• Prepare job plans, time estimates, and cost estimates
 

• Maintain E&I job plans, records, and maintenance statistics
 

• Define technical specifications for E&I spare parts and subcontracted jobs
 

• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory management
 

• Maintain and update SAP maintenance data
 

• Plan annual overhauls and shutdown activities
 

• Manage equipment codification and technical documentation
 

• Support fixed cost control and plant improvement initiatives
