Experience: 5–10 Years

 

Qualification: B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred

 

Key Skill: Techno-commercial activities, Technical guidance & support, Site visit handling, Product application demonstration, Customer engagement, Relationship management, Technical complaint handling, Technical awareness programs, Strong technical & communication skills

 

Responsibility: Handle techno-commercial activities in assigned territory, Provide technical guidance and support to dealers, retailers, engineers, contractors and influencers, Conduct site visits and product application demonstrations, Strengthen relationships with key influencers and institutional clients, Coordinate with sales team for

 

market development and business growth, Resolve technical complaints and provide effective solutions, Conduct technical awareness programs, meetings and promotional activities

 

Others: Experience in cement/construction material industry preferred, Ability to manage projects and client relationships, Candidate should be proactive, target-oriented and willing to travel extensively
