Key Responsibilities include:
 

Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment, such as HT & LT motors, generators, transformers, motor control centers (MCC), variable speed LT & MV drives, HT switchyard systems, and earthing and lightning systems.
 

Compiling and generating power reports to monitor system performance and energy consumption.
 

Executing all electrical and instrumentation jobs in accordance with safety standards, while actively identifying unsafe working conditions and practices.
 

Maintaining complete history and records of all electrical activities performed, including maintenance, inspections, and system updates.
 

Possessing knowledge of kiln instrumentation systems, focusing on Schenck Coriolis coal firing, SFF, and kiln feed systems.
 

Overseeing and maintaining instrumentation systems for temperature, pressure, flow, and level sensors along with associated control systems.
 

Maintaining gas analyzer systems, including O2, CO, SOx, and NOx analyzers used in the pyro section.
 

Demonstrating thorough knowledge of field instruments, LV & MV VFDs, weighing systems like Schenck SFF, Transweigh weigh feeders, gas analyzers, pollution control equipment, and ABB/Siemens/Allen Bradley/FLS PLC.
 

Having knowledge of ABB PLC.

 

Qualifications required:
 

BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
 

Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Inspector & DGMS.

 

Experience:
 

A minimum of 8 to 12 years in a cement plant.
