Key Skill:  Proven work experience as a Plant Manager in Ready Mix Concrete, proven managerial experience, knowledge of business & management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, HR), familiarity with industry-standard equipment & technical expertise.
 

Responsibility: Control production activities to meet sales targets, ensure plant profitability targets are met, implement OH&S guidelines and ensure safety standards, ensure smooth and timely production & delivery of concrete, coordinate with lab, dispatch, WMS, maintenance, and customer

teams, optimize utilization of resources (Transit Mixers, pumps, etc.), handle client rejections and maintain plant cleanliness, upload PODs in SAP, compile invoices, support accounts team, plan, organize, and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations, increase production,

asset capacity, and flexibility while controlling costs, ensure quality standards and on-time shipping, allocate resources effectively and monitor operations for corrective actions, manage, develop, and lead plant staff, develop systems to track productivity, standards, and performance, address

staff issues and ensure continuous improvement practices.
 

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
