Responsibility:  
 

Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams, engineers, and contractors  
 

Develop and train maintenance teams; ensure staff performance aligns with operational targets  
 

Oversee daily mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across industrial equipment and systems  
 

Plan and execute scheduled/breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment reliability  
 

Plan & execute turnarounds in HRM plant units  
 

Prepare and manage budgets for labor, materials, tools, and external services  
 

Plan CAPEX for future equipment upgrades or replacements based on lifecycle analysis  
 

Monitor spare part procurement process and critical stock levels  
 

Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE standards
