Propose, plan, and implement cost-effective plant process improvements or upgradation projects while keeping in mind Safety, Productivity and Quality aspects.

Knowledge of Procurement & installation of refractory, Cement Plant operation & maintenance.

Monitoring & maintainance of critical refractory stock.

Planning of annual shutdown.

Knowledge of MS- excel and powerpoint.
