Job Description:
 

Supervise all mechanical maintenance activities during the shift.
 

Coordinate with production, electrical, and instrumentation teams to resolve operational issues.
 

Monitor equipment performance and take corrective actions in case of abnormalities. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
 

Ensure proper maintenance of key equipment such as Crushers (Limestone, Additives), Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill (Ball Mill), Kiln and Preheater System, Cooler and ESP, Rotary and Centrifugal Fans, Gearboxes, Conveyors, Elevators, Pumps.
 

Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and shift-wise reports.
 

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments within the mechanical maintenance area. Conduct tool-box talks and safety briefings at the beginning of the shift.

Qualification
 

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
