Responsibility: Handle Mechanical, Electrical & Civil spare parts and new project requests; supervise short- and long-term contracts; monitor international procurement trends; lead negotiations for technical/professional services and subcontracting;

maintain procurement performance data and documentation; collect quotations, evaluate bids and supplier reliability, and coordinate with commercial representatives
 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
 

Others: Fluency in written and spoken English; Microsoft Office proficiency is mandatory; SAP experience preferred; strong negotiation and communication skills
