Responsibility: Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function; drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting; oversee accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits and financial controls; manage working capital, cash flow, treasury and banking relationships; ensure accurate and timely financial

statements and MIS; strengthen internal financial controls and risk management systems; partner with business and operational teams to improve financial performance and profitability; provide strategic financial insights to senior management; ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory

requirements; lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
