Responsibilities

 

Ability to interpret kiln trends (temperature, pressure, draft, O, CO, NOx, etc.)
 

Understanding of kiln chemistry (LSF, SM, AM, C3S, C2S, free lime, etc.).
 

Troubleshooting kiln rings, coating, kiln draft, burner problems
 

Team coordination with field operators & shift engineers.
 

Strong focus on safety & environmental compliance
 

Ability to take quick decisions during process upsets

 

Key Skills & Competencies:

 

Strong exposure to kiln & pyro process operations is a must
 

Hands-on experience in kiln & cooler operation from CCR
 

Knowledge of preheater, kiln, cooler, coal mill and feeding system
 

Good communication & reporting skills

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

B.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) from reputed college/university
 

Minimum 5 years of experience as CCR Operator (Kiln) role in cement manufacturing company
