Key Responsibilities:
 

Supervise day-to-day operations of the packing plant,
 

Ensure smooth functioning of packers, loaders, and dispatch operations,
 

Monitor bag quality, weight accuracy, and packing efficiency,
 

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams,
 

Ensure adherence to safety standards,
 

Maintain production records and MIS reports.

 

Eligibility & Experience:

 

Diploma / ITI / Graduate (preferred),
 

5–8 years of experience in packing plant operations in a cement manufacturing/grinding unit,
 

Hands-on knowledge of roto packers, conveyor systems, and dispatch operations,
 

Good leadership and communication skills.

 

Immediate joiners will be preferred
