Key Skill:
 

Experience in cement industry maintenance, including 3+ years in planning

 

Proficiency in MS Office (preferably MS Project) and basic knowledge of CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems)

 

Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute detailed job plans, prioritizing safety, resource allocation, and scheduling for maintenance and equipment overhauls.

 

Plan and schedule jobs while estimating and managing costs, manpower, materials, and spare parts to ensure efficient and timely completion.

 

Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective job execution and collaboration.

 

Maintain and update technical documentation, job plans, and CMMS data to support maintenance and subcontracted work.

 

Qualification:

 

BE / B. Tech in  in Mechanical Engineering
