Job Role :

 

To maintain closed coordination with sales , Secondary Team, Packing and other plant functions for smooth and cost effective operations. 
 

To ensure overall Sales orders execution from plant. 
 

Sales Order Execution Time after reciept from Sales team and Stock Transfer Plan daily. 
 

To ensure Timely availability of trucks as per the order placed on daily basis for dispatch of Cement. 
 

Reduce Primary Distribution Cost
 

Co-ordination with Local level for supply of Wagons timely to meet Sales / Plant requirement. 
 

LEAP-O practices will be implemented at Department level. 
 

Educate Subordinate for smooth and cost effective functioning and upgrade their Skills.
