Key Responsibilities:

Experience:7+ years in quality control within the cement manufacturing industry.

Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure product consistency and adherence to industry standards.

Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to maintain high quality.

Implement and monitor quality control procedures in compliance with BIS, ASTM, and other regulatory standards.

Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal cement quality and process improvements.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure accurate test results.

Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring smooth plant operations.

Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualification:

B. Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
