Job Decsription:
 

Maintenance and troubleshooting of cement plant field instruments. 

 

Knowledge of DCS programming, graphics structure, trouble shooting, modification etc .

 

Knowledge of DCS controller, I/O and AI/o cards and functions.

 

Well conversant with ABB DCS system.

 

Sound Knowledge of  VFD, MV Drive, Weigh feeders, etc.

 

Trouble shooting of field process monitoring & control instruments.
 

Attending to the problems timely which will enable trouble free operation of instruments for achieving optimum equipments availability.
