Job Responsibilities:-

1. Manage the production operation in shift of Kiln/cement mill & auxiliaries and all other equipment which are operated through control room Solving production related problems.

2. Daily planning, scheduling & execution of planned, unplanned maintenance tasks, including running maintenance tasks, with the help of shift patrollers. Solving equipment functioning problems and ensuring steady availability on a continuous basis.

3. Participating in the implementation of various initiatives such as, new methods / techniques modifications and process changes cost reduction

 

Qualification - BE Civil, Diploma Civil
