Job Description: 

 

Ensure on time availability of all Electrical Machines, equipments, manpower & other related requirement for smooth Plant operations

 

Quality Electrical Project Management.

 

Maintenance of Transformers, LT/HT motors, HT/LT panels, HT Vacuum Circuit Breakers(VCB) & LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), SF6 Circuit Breakers, GRR, LRS, 110KV / 132KV switchyard, Protection relays, DG Set and Lightings.

 

Planning & Execution of preventive / improvement plans.

 

Implementation of latest technology in Preventive & predictive maintenance of all Electrical Equipment's in cement plant.

 

Ensure Line clearance & Work Permit system, RCA and counter measures.

 

Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects or maintenance activities with quality & time

 

Planning & Budgeting of Electrical

 

Management communication w.r.t. Project status / Equipment condition & Maintenance Activities etc.

 

Ensure on time Quality testing, Troubleshooting of HV, LV switch-gears, Transformer and Motors

 

Ensure Implementation of ISO, SOPs, Safety & other related policies

 

Safety and statutory Compliance

 

Effective stake holder management (Govt Officials & other agencies- (EB, Electrical Inspector, etc.)

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Should be BE / B. Tech - Electrical (full time)
 

Should have minimum 12 yrs quality experience in all the areas of Electrical Engineering in large Cement / Heavy Engineering Industry.
 

Well versed with SAP & MS Office
 

Team management & Development
 

Negotiation & Problem solving skills
 

well versed with ISO & Safety standards

 

Education
 

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical
