Job Description:

 

Working towards Zero harm. 
 

Reduction in incidents at unit through effective incident reporting, investigation and learning from the incidents.
 

Implementation of standard/procedure/Guidelines in all cluster unit.
 

Performance of Cluster and attached unit as per SPSA/Third party/Surprise Audits.
 

Legal compliance.
 

Managing Risk and ensuring safe work execution.
 

Support to Leadership at Cluster and Corporate.
 

Managing periodical cluster safety meetings.
 

Support concern Cluster Heads-Mfg for ensuring execution of agreed actions from OH&S Board meetings and devise mechanism to avoid overdue.
 

Reviewing status of concern Unit Safety Improvement Plan with Unit Heads under the cluster at regular interval and providing feedback to Cluster Head-Mfg and Corporate Head-Safety
