Job Description

Preferred experience in project commissioning

Responsible for operation and monitoring of Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln process parameters in shifts. 

Log in production data in SAP.

Maintaining hourly log sheet of Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln parameters corrective and preventive actions for abnormal situations / alarms interact with concerned maintenance department for shift problem production reporting entry of laboratory data in log sheets from SAP.

Attending the problems during shift in the field and participating in WCM activities.
 

 

Accountability:

Production and Quality.

Monitoring of Raw Mill / Cement Mill and Kiln process parameters for production optimization and quality control.
 

 

Cost Control:

Identifying and bringing to the notice of Section Head for unnecessary interlocks / idle running of equipment.

 

Process Maintenance Jobs:

Coordination for Refractory work in shutdown activities and shutdown jobs at various places.

House keeping and Environmental / Safety.

Practice of good house keeping standards with reference to spillages / leakages etc. and environment / safety performance in the section / team area.

 

System Implementation:

The system requirements of ISO EMS OHSAS SA 8000 and WCM systems in Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln thorough the involvement of employees for improving plant working and quality standard.

 

Mandatory Skills :

Knowledge of Kiln and operation, refractory, process management, SAP & TM1

CCR

Well versed in Cement VRM and Ball Mill  Kiln Operation

Monitoring of process performance.

Taking corrective action to obtain target production / Quality.

Coordination with other maintenance dept. for related jobs.

Energy savings initiatives, daily monitoring of trends, identify & get rectified of idle running hours.

Preparation of down time reports and perform WHY-WHY analysis
