Job description

 

Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of integrated cement plant.
 

Supervising and leading all maintenance processes
 

Maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working standards
 

Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
 

Planning and managing all repair & installation activities
 

Overseeing spare stock and generate PR for new supplies when necessary
 

To ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule is carried out.
 

Cost control by effective and optimum use of resources
 

SOPs & Safety compliance
 

Self & Team Development.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

Should be B.E.(Mech.) from reputed institute
 

Quality relevant experience of 17+ years, out of which 10+ years in large industry and minimum 5 years successful working in similar designation
 

Well versed with SAP and MS office
 

Prepare & implementation of SOPs & Safety standards
 

Deptt specific Manpower planning & Team Development
