Job Decsription:

 

1. Plan purchases according to annual budget.

 

2. Manage procurement of building materials, automobiles, mechanical/electrical items, and more.

 

3. Collect quotations, compare rates, negotiate, and finalize contracts. Utilize strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

 

Requirements:

 

1. 1-2 years experience in procurement, preferably in building materials.

 

2.Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 

3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
